We process the data needed to manage a booking or a request: name, contact details (e-mail, phone), dates of the stay or booking, number of people and the notes you choose to share with us, such as dietary needs. The website uses no tracking or profiling tools.
Why we process it and on what basis
To perform the contract (booking and stay) and the pre-contractual steps you ask for; to comply with legal obligations, tax and public-safety related; for our legitimate interest in protecting the website from abuse.
For how long
Booking data is anonymised 24 months after the stay or cancellation, except for retention required by law. Technical security data is kept for 30 days.
Who we share it with
With the providers that help us deliver the service, appointed as processors: hosting in the European Union, e-mail service, content delivery network. No data is sold or passed on for marketing purposes.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing by writing to the contacts shown. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.
Cookies and storage
The website uses only strictly necessary cookies and storage, described in the Cookie policy. No consent banner is required because we use no profiling cookies.
