Data deletion

You can ask at any time for the deletion of the personal data you shared with us through a booking or a request.

  1. Write to us from the e-mail address used for the booking, stating your name and the dates of the stay or booking.
  2. We verify the identity of the requester and delete or anonymise the data within 30 days, except for what the law requires us to keep.
  3. We confirm the deletion by e-mail.
